Granulation can prevent common issues with powder products such as caking, bridging, and pulsation, which can impair their usability. It also eliminates secondary contamination caused by dust during handling, significantly improving the product’s physical properties.
In most cases, the bulk density of granulated products is significantly increased, which helps to save on transportation, storage, and packaging space.
For multi-component compounded and blended products, pelletizing can prevent segregation of the individual components, thereby genuinely ensuring the quality of the compound.
Product Introduction:
Molten liquid sulfur material is conveyed from the liquid sulfur pit through a submerged-pump with an insulation jacket, steam-jacketed pipelines, and a filter to the droplet-forming unit of a spout-type granulator. The droplet-forming unit sprays the molten liquid sulfur material in droplet form, row by row, onto a moving cooling steel belt. Cooling water is sprayed beneath the steel belt. As the sulfur droplets pass over the belt, they are cooled and solidify into flattened hemispherical granules, which are scraped off by a discharge scraper and fall into a receiving hopper before entering the packaging machine’s料仓. The pellets have a diameter of approximately 3–6mm and a height of about 1.5–1.8 mm. The machine widths are available in 1,200 mm, 1,600 mm, 1,800 mm, and 2,100 mm. The overall length is 13 meters. Single-machine production capacities include 1,500 kg/h, 3,000 kg/h, 4,000 kg/h, and 6,000 kg/h. It can be equipped with either a semi-automatic or fully automatic packaging machine to achieve automated packaging and palletizing.

● The cooling water does not come into contact with the product, so it remains free from product contamination;
● All large-scale refinery projects in China exclusively use Rebo machinery.
● Successfully retrofitted 30 imported German machines and 3 American machines, for a total of 33 units;
● Simple operation, few wear parts, low operating costs, stable quality, and a low failure rate;
● Circular steel belt, complete equipment set, ensures the belt remains centered and does not compress the V-shaped rubber strip.
