The HC series precision ultrasonic welding machine focuses on the needs of
high-precision plastic welding scenarios, integrates CNC machining processes,
multiple circuit protection designs, and high-quality imported core components.
With "high-precision positioning, stable output, and convenient debugging" as
its core advantages, it is suitable for production scenarios with high
requirements for welding accuracy and consistency, while balancing efficiency
and quality controllability.
2、 Core product features
The key structural components of the entire machine are processed using
integrated CNC machine tools, with a machining tolerance of ≤± 0.01mm. The
assembly accuracy of the machine body is high, which helps to improve welding
consistency and reduce production defects;
Optimize the circuit design, equipped with a frequency automatic compensation
circuit (compensation range ± 0.3kHz), and matched with a triple protection
circuit for overcurrent, overvoltage, and phase (overcurrent protection
threshold can be accurately set), effectively avoiding the impact of voltage
fluctuations and load abnormalities on equipment and welding performance;
Equipped with Japanese imported piezoelectric ceramic transducers, the energy
conversion efficiency is ≥ 93%, and the output energy fluctuation is ≤± 1.5%,
ensuring the stability and continuity of the welding process;
Adopting titanium alloy amplitude transformer (material grade: TC4), hardness
≥ HRC35, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, service life ≥ 10000 hours,
suitable for high-frequency precision welding requirements;
Adopting a square column+linear sliding rail guiding structure, coupled with
a precision fine-tuning device (adjustment range ± 0.1mm, adjustment accuracy
0.005mm), the welding head is accurately positioned and runs smoothly without
deviation;
The bottom plate adopts an adjustable design, supporting knob style quick
adjustment (adjustment stroke ≥ 20mm), and the mold installation and debugging
process is convenient, which can shorten the mold replacement time;
Adopting a split structure design, the electrical control unit is physically
separated from the welding actuator to reduce signal interference and vibration
transmission during operation, ensuring the stability of precision welding;
The core electrical components are all selected from high-quality imported
components in the industry (such as imported PLC controllers, Omron relays,
Schneider Electric components), and undergo a triple quality control process of
"24-hour component aging testing+36 hour continuous operation testing of the
whole machine+precision calibration" to ensure stable product quality.
