Variable pressure adsorption CO
Purification of carbon monoxide from mixtures containing carbon monoxide, hydrogen, nitrogen, methane, carbon dioxide and other components using the v…
The Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Carbon Monoxide Purification Technology is designed for recovering and purifying carbon monoxide (CO) from mixed gases containing CO, hydrogen, nitrogen, methane, carbon dioxide, and other components.
The process uses a multi-stage adsorption and regeneration system:
-
In the first-stage PSA unit, carbon dioxide, moisture, and trace sulfur compounds are selectively adsorbed and removed.
-
The treated gas then enters the second-stage PSA purification unit.
-
Hydrogen, nitrogen, methane, and other impurities are separated through selective adsorption.
-
Carbon monoxide is recovered during the pressure reduction and vacuum regeneration process and discharged as the final purified product.
This process enables efficient CO recovery with high purity and stable operation.
Key Technical Advantages
Wide Raw Gas Adaptability
The PSA CO purification process can be applied to various CO-containing gas sources, providing flexible solutions for different industrial production conditions.
High Purity Carbon Monoxide Production
