Key Performance Advantages
● Ultra-thin coating design
Coating thickness reduced to approx. 0.1mm, significantly thinner than conventional blue film (0.2–0.3mm). This helps optimize space utilization in battery assemblies.
● Fast UV curing efficiency
UV curing completes within seconds under UV light exposure, compared with traditional blue film processes that require around 30 minutes of hot pressing/lamination. Production efficiency can be improved by up to 60×.
● High-temperature resistance performance
Stable structure maintained at up to 300°C without deformation, while conventional blue film may deform or curl at around 150°C. Helps reduce thermal failure risks.
● Enhanced dielectric insulation
Breakdown voltage reaches approximately 5000V, higher than standard blue film (~3000V), providing improved safety under high-voltage conditions.
● Eco-friendly formulation
Solvent-free UV coating system with 0 VOC emissions, compliant with RoHS environmental standards, reducing pollution compared with adhesive-based blue film materials.
