known as the "hometown of pumps and valves in China". It is a professional valve
manufacturer integrating design, research and development, production, sales and
service. After years of efforts, the company has begun to take shape,
accumulated rich production experience, and precipitated a harmonious,
innovative, efficient and high-quality corporate culture. There are currently
more than 200 employees, dozens of engineers and senior technicians. It has more
than 60 sets of CNC lathes, 205 sets of equipment such as plasma welding
machines, shot blasting machines and painting production lines. It also has
advanced testing equipment such as spectrometers, hardness testers, chemical
analyzers, tensile testing machines and impact testing machines.
Wandong mainly produces gate valves, globe valves, check valves, cryogenic
valves, bellows valves and other products. The valve diameters range from DN50
to DN1000mm (2"-40"). The nominal pressure of valves is PN10 – 420MPa
(Class150Lb – Class2500Lb). The main materials used are A105N, LF2, F5, F22,
F11, F304, F304L, F316, F316L, WCB, WC6, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, etc. Valve design
complies with standards such as ASME B16.34, API 6D, API 600, API 603, DIN, JIS,
BS, GB, and HG. It can also be designed and produced according to special
working conditions. The products are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical,
papermaking, power, shipping, construction, food and other industries, and are
sold well in dozens of countries and regions such as Europe, America, Southeast
Asia, the Middle East, Australia, South Korea and Taiwan, and are widely
praised.
