May 2023 – Haiyan, Zhejiang, China – Haiyan Kaichang Energy-saving Electronics (Kaichang Solar) announced that its solar water heater controllers have obtained CE certification under EMC and LVD directives. Founded in 2013, Kaichang Solar originated from Shandong Linyi Jianguo Accessories, which began focusing on solar water heater accessories in 2005.
