Working Principle:
The motor drives the oil pump to rotate. The pump draws
oil from the oil tank and pumps it out, converting mechanical energy into the
pressure energy of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil, through an integrated
block or valve assembly, is regulated in direction, pressure, and flow by the
hydraulic valves. It is then transmitted through external pipelines to the
cylinders or hydraulic motors of the hydraulic machinery, thereby controlling
the direction, force, and speed of the hydraulic motor, driving various
hydraulic machines to perform work.
Components:
• Pump Unit: Equipped with a motor and oil pump, it is the power source of
the hydraulic power station, converting mechanical energy into the kinetic
energy of the hydraulic oil.
• Integrated Block or Valve Assembly: Regulates the direction, pressure, and
flow of the hydraulic oil.
• Oil Tank: Used for oil storage, cooling, and filtration.
• Electrical Box: Available in two forms: a terminal block with external
leads and a complete set of control electrical components.
• Other components: including solenoid directional valves, solenoid relief
valves, pressure reducing valves, speed control valves, hydraulic oil filters,
pressure gauges, air filters, oil level gauges, temperature gauges, etc.
Basic Classification
• By pump unit structure and installation location: top-mounted vertical,
top-mounted horizontal, side-mounted.
• By cooling method: natural cooling and forced cooling.
Main Parameters:
Including maximum working oil pressure, maximum flow rate,
primary oil pressure during secondary braking, working oil temperature, oil tank
capacity, secondary braking delay time, maximum allowable input current of the
electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device, hydraulic oil grade, etc.
Application Areas:
Hydraulic power units are widely used in mining,
metallurgy, CNC machine tools, heavy machinery, and other fields, providing
critical power support for various industrial scenarios.
