Automatic Teeth Mold Feeding

The intelligent feeding system accommodates 96 teeth molds (4 × 24) and supports continuous unattended operation for approximately one hour. Equipped with a vision recognition system, each mold is accurately identified and positioned before processing.

High-Precision Thermoforming

The thermoforming unit provides uniform heating and softening of film materials with an adjustable temperature range of 0–700°C, ensuring excellent adaptation and a precise fit for clear aligners.

Robotic Precision Trimming

An ABB 6-axis industrial robot performs automatic trimming with millimeter-level precision. The robot maintains outstanding consistency while accurately processing complex curves and irregular aligner shapes.

Flexible Marking System

The integrated laser marking module supports multiple identification formats, including:
