Each unit includes one complete unloading kit and factory-installed stacking braces for safe vertical stacking and stable outdoor placement. Built with a new-generation reinforced base and full PU insulation system, this dual-wall FLS panel container delivers superior thermal insulation, structural rigidity, and versatile segmented storage performance for industrial sites, construction yards, and long-term outdoor applications.

– Equipped with a new heavy-duty base and reinforced stacking braces.

– Forklift sleeve specifications: 965mm center-to-center spacing, inner size 100mm H × 305mm W.

– Internal base runners are precisely centered on forklift sleeve bottom plates to ensure balanced lifting weight distribution and stable transportation.

This model features a double-layer FLS panel structure with full PU insulation (marked “I”):.

 

– Exterior Panel: 0.50mm white FLS steel panel (outer layer).

– Interior Panel: 0.50mm white FLS steel panel (inner layer).

– High-performance PU foam insulation filled between wall frames.

– Full PU insulation applied to roof, under base, door frames, and doors for excellent temperature retention, condensation resistance, and all-season thermal performance.

Flooring System

 

The container is fitted with robust 19mm plywood flooring, covered top and bottom with slip-resistant laminated waterproof coating. The dual-sided waterproof and anti-slip surface provides long-lasting protection against moisture, abrasion, and heavy-duty daily operation.

 

Internal Partition & Flexible Layout

 

One corrugated partition divides the interior into two equal 50/50 storage zones. Additional partition mounting brackets are pre-installed at 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 positions, allowing flexible re-partitioning and customizable interior space layout according to different storage needs.

 

Standard Hardware & Functional Accessories

 

– 2 sets of stainless steel T‑slot door holder/catch assemblies for secure door positioning during loading and unloading.

– 16 tie‑down rings total: 8 rings on each long wall, 2 rings mounted on each vertical post at 3ft and 5ft height from the floor, providing multi-point anchoring for cargo fixation.

– 2 welded D‑rings with support bracing (1 at each end) for lifting and secure site anchoring.

– 4 screened ventilation vents, with 2 vents installed in each partitioned space to maintain dry, ventilated interior environments and prevent mold and condensation.

 

Transport & Mobility Components.

 

– 4 standard 70mm wheel carriage tubes with pin lock holes and pin lock bolts, 2 tubes installed on each end for optional wheel assembly and flexible mobility.

– 30mm pitched roof for efficient rainwater drainage.

– Factory equipped with new top wall gaskets and hole snap caps for full dustproof and sealed protection.

– 2 door rain shields installed above door openings to prevent rainwater intrusion.
