The Automatic Positioning and Punching System is a new-generation intelligent punching system developed by our company, integrating advanced automation technology, high-precision machine vision and precision motion control. It adopts an automatic loading/unloading mechanism for workpiece transfer. The industrial-grade visual positioning system captures and compensates for workpiece position (X, Y) and angle (θ) deviations in real time, driving a high-rigidity XYθ motion platform for precise positioning. Combined with a high-performance spindle (drilling/milling), it fulfills the punching function.
Customized to meet the specific requirements of different factories, and compatible with plate punching needs for various product specifications.
Achieves high-precision punching, reduces manual intervention, and improves production efficiency.
Achievements: Launched automatic punching equipment suitable for a variety of materials, ensuring consistent punching positions for each plate (0–0.03 mm).
