AYS-170F7 acidic ramming material offers high refractoriness and slag resistance for medium-frequency induction furnace cast iron lining.
AYS-170F7 acidic ramming material is developed specially for medium-frequency induction furnace linings for cast iron smelting. With selected high-purity silica raw materials, the material achieves excellent high-temperature strength and stable sintering property after ramming and baking. It has outstanding resistance to acidic slag erosion, low thermal expansion and good thermal shock resistance. The material is easy for on-site ramming construction, forms dense and uniform furnace lining, reduces penetration risk of molten metal, extends furnace service life and cuts refractory maintenance cost. Widely used in foundry workshops for melting gray iron, ductile iron and other iron alloys.
