Unlike a dark renovation-focused plank or an extra-wide statement floor, this product is positioned around visual calm. The proposed 180 × 1220 mm format creates a balanced plank rhythm, while the straight running installation shown here keeps the room feeling orderly and spacious. Final dimensions, décor repeat, gloss level and color range should be approved against physical samples before production.

Micro-Beveled Edges for Controlled Definition

A micro bevel introduces a fine visual line around each plank. The purpose is not to create a deep groove, but to give the installed floor measured definition and make the plank format easier to read under changing daylight. The bevel profile, depth, coating coverage and cleaning requirements should be evaluated together, because even a small edge detail can affect appearance, joint protection and production control.

A Dedicated 4.5 mm Product Branch

Thickness should be treated as more than a dropdown option. The 4.5 mm version is planned as its own product branch with an independent model code, sample label, quotation record, click-profile drawing and packing specification. This helps prevent data from another thickness from being copied into the wrong technical sheet or order.

Before commercial release, Xinjue and the buyer should confirm the finished construction, total thickness tolerance, plank dimensions, surface standard, edge appearance, locking profile, installation method and project-specific performance requirements. Any claim relating to wear, dimensional stability, moisture exposure, emissions or fire performance should be supported by the applicable test report for the final construction.
