XM-19 (UNS S20910) is a high-strength austenitic stainless steel designed for demanding industrial environments. With an optimized combination of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and nitrogen, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and higher strength than conventional grades such as 304 and 316L.
The material offers a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa and tensile strength of 655 MPa, while maintaining good ductility and toughness. It also has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments.

XM-19 combines high mechanical strength with excellent corrosion resistance. It is non-magnetic, even after cold forming, and maintains good toughness at low temperatures. Its good weldability, formability, and cold-working capability make it suitable for a wide range of precision and heavy-duty applications.

XM-19 is widely used in marine and offshore equipment, oil and gas systems, aerospace components, nuclear and environmental equipment, chemical processing, and high-end machinery. It is particularly suitable for seawater equipment, high-strength fasteners, pump shafts, valves, pressure components, and non-magnetic parts for precision instruments.
