Product Overview

Our stainless steel profiles are manufactured in a wide range of grades, dimensions and surface finishes to meet different industrial, architectural and decorative requirements. Available production methods include hot rolling, cold drawing, annealing and grinding, allowing customers to select the appropriate processing method for their intended application.

Standard material grades include ASTM, GB, JIS and DIN specifications, while customized dimensions can be produced according to customer requirements.

Product Specifications

The available surface treatment options provide flexibility for projects requiring different visual appearances and finishing requirements. Brushed Mirror finishing can also combine two finishing effects on one profile.

Stainless Steel Grades and Sizes

A wide selection of stainless steel grades is available for different application requirements. Common options include 201, 202, 301, 302, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310S (2520), 309, 410, 416, 420 and 430.

The commonly produced profile size range is approximately 2.5 mm × 25 mm × 25 mm to 12 mm × 120 mm × 120 mm. Other dimensions can be manufactured according to customer specifications.

Flexible Processing and Custom Dimensions

Different projects can require different profile sizes, lengths and surface conditions. In addition to commonly produced specifications, customized dimensions can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Tolerance can also be arranged based on the customer's specifications. For larger-size angle profiles, welded angle bars with finishing treatment are available as an alternative production option.

This flexibility makes the stainless steel profiles suitable for projects where standard stock dimensions may not fully match the required design or construction specifications.

Surface Finishing Options
